Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

6. Payments & Billing

If you purchase a subscription or one-time product:

• You agree to pay all listed fees.
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Prices may change with prior notice.
• Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension.

7. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of VeloraAI.

Refunds do not apply to:

• Enterprise contracts (unless otherwise stated in writing)
• Custom development services
• Accounts terminated due to Terms violations

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

After 30 days, all payments are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, design elements, algorithms, and proprietary systems related to VeloraAI remain the exclusive property of VeloraAI.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You may not copy, resell, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of VeloraAI is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We implement industry-standard security measures; however, no system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept this risk.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

VeloraAI is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Specific business results
• Compatibility with all third-party systems

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VeloraAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

• Required by law

Upon termination, access to the system may be revoked immediately.
